1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this agreement:

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times you must bet a bonus amount before it can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Game" refers to any gambling product available on slot78, including sports betting, casino games, slot games, live dealer games, and lottery-style games.
• "RTP (Return to Player)" means the percentage of all wagered money a game returns to players over time, as disclosed in each game's information panel.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use slot78 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. slot78 strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request age verification documents (Indonesian national ID card / KTP) at any time. 3. Online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. 5. You have not previously been excluded or suspended from using slot78 services, and you do not currently hold an active self-exclusion status. Creating multiple accounts to evade suspension is prohibited.
6. You are acting solely on your own behalf as a private individual, not on behalf of a business, organization, or third party. Commercial, professional, or syndicated gambling is prohibited.
7. You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. If you are subject to any legal disability, guardianship, or bankruptcy proceedings, you may not use slot78 services.

3. Account Registration and Security

Account registration at slot78 requires you to provide accurate personal information and maintain account security according to these terms:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). Never share your password with anyone, including slot78 customer support staff (who will never ask for your password).

3.2 Account Security

• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized or not. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact customer support.
• slot78 employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication (optional but recommended), and automated fraud detection systems.
• You must notify slot78 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use prior to you reporting the breach.
• slot78 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that show signs of fraudulent activity, collusion, chip dumping, bonus abuse, or any other behavior that violates these terms.

3.3 Account Verification

slot78 may request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: proof of payment method ownership (bank statement showing your name and account number), source of funds documentation, or additional identification documents. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) using one of our supported payment methods: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status (Standard: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction; VIP: higher limits available).
• Deposits are processed instantly or within 1-5 minutes during banking hours. Delays may occur during bank maintenance windows or public holidays.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. Deposits from accounts not matching your verified name will be refunded minus processing fees.
• slot78 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per transaction (Bronze/Silver), Rp 100,000,000 (Gold/Platinum), or Rp 250,000,000 (Diamond VIP) per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes on average. VIP tiers enjoy priority processing: Gold (standard queue), Platinum (under 3 minutes), Diamond (instant processing).
• You may only withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name that match your verified KYC information. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC approved) before your first withdrawal. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be held pending verification completion.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5 for complete bonus terms.
• slot78 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may delay processing by 24-72 hours. Large withdrawals (over Rp 100,000,000) may require source-of-funds documentation.
• slot78 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank may charge receiving fees (typically Rp 0 for same-bank transfers, Rp 2,500-6,500 for cross-bank transfers).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

slot78 offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the promotion details:

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are optional. You may decline a bonus at the time of deposit by unchecking the bonus opt-in box. Once a bonus is credited to your account, you accept its terms and must complete wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (typically 10x-30x the bonus amount) that must be met before bonus funds and any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The exact wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: Slots 100%, Live Casino 10-20%, Sports Betting 50%, Table Games 10%. Check the promotion terms for game contribution percentages.
• Maximum bet limits apply while wagering a bonus (typically Rp 50,000 per bet for slots, Rp 200,000 for sports bets). Exceeding these limits may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses expire after a specified period (typically 7-30 days from issuance). Unused bonuses and incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited after expiration.
• You may only have one active bonus at a time. Deposit a new bonus will forfeit any uncompleted previous bonus and its associated requirements.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other players, or using low-risk betting strategies solely to clear wagering requirements, will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential permanent ban.

5.2 Common Bonus Types

• Welcome Bonus: First deposit match bonus (e.g., 100% up to Rp 1,000,000). Requires minimum deposit (typically Rp 100,000), subject to wagering requirements (typically 20x-30x).
• Reload Bonus: Deposit match bonus for existing players, usually offered weekly or monthly. Lower match percentage than welcome bonus (typically 25-50%), similar wagering requirements.
• Cashback: Percentage of net losses returned to your account (typically 5-10% weekly, up to 1.2% for Diamond VIP). Cashback usually has low or no wagering requirements (0x-3x).
• Free Spins: Free rounds on specified slot games. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to wagering requirements (typically 30x-40x).

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.1 General Gameplay Conduct

All players must adhere to fair play principles. slot78 strictly prohibits the following activities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker, synchronized betting patterns, or sharing account information.
• Chip Dumping: Intentionally losing to another player to transfer funds between accounts.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or incorrect payout, slot78 reserves the right to void all bets and winnings from the affected game session. Players will be refunded their original stakes. Game malfunctions include but are not limited to: display errors, incorrect odds, software crashes, server disconnections, or calculation mistakes. 6.3 Sports Betting Specific Rules

• All sports bets are settled according to official results from recognized governing bodies (FIFA, UEFA, AFC, etc.). Unofficial results, social media reports, or live stream commentary do not constitute official results.
• If a match is postponed or suspended, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless the match is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• For accumulator bets (mix parlay), if one or more selections are voided, the accumulator will be recalculated with the remaining valid selections at reduced odds.
• Cash-out is available on selected events and markets at slot78's discretion. Cash-out offers may be withdrawn or adjusted at any time based on in-play action. slot78 is not obligated to offer cash-out on any bet.

7. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

By using slot78 services, you acknowledge and agree to the following limitations on our liability:

• slot78 services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, slot78's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount deposited to your account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with your local laws regarding online gambling. slot78 operates under international licenses but does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in your specific jurisdiction.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or by independent live dealers. slot78 has no control over game outcomes and cannot guarantee wins or predict results.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all funds from your account balance (minus any uncompleted bonus wagering requirements, which will be forfeited). Closed accounts cannot be reopened for at least 6 months. Self-exclusion requests for responsible gaming purposes are handled separately under our Responsible Gaming policy (see Responsible Gaming page).

8.2 Termination by slot78

slot78 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• You create multiple accounts or attempt to circumvent account restrictions.
• You engage in fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Your account remains inactive (no logins or gameplay) for 12 consecutive months. Inactive accounts with balances over Rp 100,000 will incur a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated.
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or request from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account (excluding funds obtained through fraud or in violation of these terms) will be returned to you after deducting any fees, charges, or amounts owed to slot78. Bonus funds and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which slot78 is licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of slot78 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that online gambling laws vary significantly by jurisdiction. While slot78 operates under valid international gambling licenses, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws in your country of residence and physical location.
